Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak season. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking in advance is the best way to guarantee your rental.
All renters and drivers must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled reservation time for check-in and safety procedures.
If you arrive late, your rental time will not be extended.
Your equipment is reserved for the next customer. Late returns are subject to a per-minute late fee. If you would like to extend your rental, please call before your return time and we will accommodate you if availability allows.
A state boating license is not required. Drivers must have an active U.S. driver’s license.
All drivers must watch our safety video and pass a short quiz at check-in. You will be issued a temporary boating certification for the duration of your rental.
Every person who will operate the boat or jet ski.
Boats: 18+ with valid driver’s license
Jet skis: 18+ (16+ may operate alone if a parent/guardian remains in eyesight)
No. All rentals leave with a full tank. You are only charged for the fuel you use when you return.
All inclusive options include 1 tank of gas, taxes, and fees.
Some 60 HP pontoon rentals include one tank. All-Inclusive packages include up to one tank of fuel.
All-Inclusive rentals include up to one tank of fuel. Towables, gratuity, and damage costs are not included.
Yes. A $500 damage deposit per vessel is required at check-in. This may be held on a card or paid in cash.
The deposit is released after inspection if no damage is found.
Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Yes. Cash deposits are often preferred to avoid a hold on your card.
Damage costs vary depending on severity. The deposit is not a flat damage fee. We will inspect the equipment with you upon return and discuss any necessary charges.
Weather cancellations are determined at our location on the day of your reservation.
If there is persistent rain or an active storm at our dock, you may:

We do not refund based on forecasts, light rain, overcast conditions, or passing showers.
More than 48 hours: Full refund
25–48 hours: $50 fee + 50% refund
Under 24 hours: No refund
Pontoons: 10 passengers (1,500 lbs max)
Tritoons: 12 passengers (1,800 lbs max)
Elite Tritoon: Up to 14 passengers (2,100 lbs max)
Waverunners: 1–3 riders, 450 lbs max
All ages count toward the maximum occupancy.
Yes. We provide life jackets for all ages and sizes.
Yes, alcohol is allowed. However, there must be a designated sober driver operating the boat at all times.
Yes. Coolers are welcome.
Grills, charcoal, and open flames are not permitted.
We also sell snacks, drinks, and ice at our location.
Dogs under 20 lbs and non-shedding breeds are allowed. If additional cleaning is required after your rental, a $50 cleaning fee may apply.
No. Our boats do not have restrooms. A public boat dock approximately 5 minutes away has facilities. You may also return to our dock if needed.
Some boats include changing areas. We also have on-site changing facilities.
We prefer you use our approved tubes to ensure proper fit and safety.
No. Our jet skis are not designed for towables.
A pontoon has two tubes and 60–115 HP engines, ideal for cruising.
A tritoon has three tubes, higher horsepower (150–300 HP), increased stability, and is better suited for tubing and watersports.
Yes. Pontoons and tritoons are available for overnight rental with approved dock and location. Jet skis are not eligible.
Your dock must:
Be in a cove
Be private
Have at least 6 feet of water
Covered docks on the main channel may be approved case-by-case.

Boat & Jet Ski rentals have no restricted areas on Douglas Lake.
Drop a pin on your phone before leaving the dock. GPS works on the water. You may also call our office for assistance.
Captain services are separate contracts from your rental agreement. We can provide contact information for certified captains upon request.
We offer ready-to-use fishing poles and some tackle. We do not sell bait.
